Rubens Peculis Solution Architect	Shane Davis Service Delivery Manager
Rubens thrives in the sweet-spot where needs analysis, solution design & development specifications meet. With experience as external contractor and inhouse developer Rubens bridges the gap between business analysis and build specifications, and as a consummate presenter and engaging trainer he is equally at home in the design, build, execution and training phases of a project.	Shane works to actively promote continuous improvement in productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction. He has extensive experience in software development and project management with over 16 years of Senior Management experience and over 25 years experience in software development. Shane also gets his hands dirty as a valuable member of our experienced development team.

Nikolaas Mennega Developer	Kevin Smith Developer
Over the last four years at Link, Nik has demonstrated a number of proficiencies in Applications Development. His experience includes creating and implementing standards-compliant web pages, form validation and email referral scripts, interfacing with commercial auto-responder packages, unique custom email applications and IT Support.	Kevin commenced working for Link in early 2005. Self taught, he has matured to become a highly accomplished website developer with proficiencies in all aspects of HTML templating, website development, programming and server technologies. He has notable expertise in the development of HTML code to meet Government accessibility requirements.

Barbara De Costa Copywriter	Dante Lusso Designer
Barbara has over 14 years of Private and Government writing experience. With Link she has researched and drafted copywriting projects for web copy, editorial pieces, complex tender responses, seminars, blogs, newsletters radio and television advertisements and various promotional materials. More...	Dante has learnt various styles and techniques in the design field, and has developed a diverse range of skills including print and digital design and brand development. He holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from the University of Canberra and contributes on all of Link's projects as they move through the studio.
Angela Hulford Studio Manager
As the Studio Manager, Angela handles the workflow within the studio as well as the administrative and accounts aspect; ensuring the business runs as smoothly as possible. Angela has recently finished studying where she gained her Advanced Diploma in Design – Digital Media. This will allow her to do what she enjoys most and further her career into web development and design.
