The Link Project Sprint is about fleshing out a project
in terms of everyone and everything.
At Link we don't just send a project manager off for a brief and then divvy up the job according to who does what. We consider every component of the project - visual design, information architecture, programmatic and technical applications, audience development and so on - to be the collective responsibility of the entire studio and the client. We bring all stakeholders together at the outset to brainstorm, define scope and explore the broader online potential of a project, including leveraging social media to enhance or promote the campaign. We call this collaboration phase the Project Sprint and it involves scoping and approving the main elements of the project within the first one to two weeks of commencement. This collaborative approach encourages a broad investment in the project as a whole, delivering a harmonious workflow, which in turn becomes more flexible and open to change and growth. And it really works!
Our creative and development work is not always driven by website establishment projects, as we also provide other services such as branding and print based design, HTML document conversions, Flash animation, multimedia design and development (such as DVD production), plus general website hosting, maintenance and support.
