Project Overview

Australian Pork Limited engaged to Link to design and develop an Intranet to be used by their staff of approximately 60. The intranet needed to house a wealth of information shared by APL staff as well as provide access to resources required to easily perform their everyday tasks.

Consulting Approach

Link consulted with the client to determine a design and architecture approach that would provide a user friendly environment for staff to interact with daily. From a technical perspective, Link provided in-depth consulting to assist APL in assuring their serving environment performed the needs they required and that the intranet integrated with existing systems seamlessly.

Development Solution

Link developed a simple intranet site using our browser based Content Management System to assist APL staff in simple and flexible site maintenance. The design of the intranet site was less corporate than typical APL style to provide a more friendly and enjoyable environment for APL staff.

Successful Outcome

Link worked closely with the APL project team to determine both design and technical requirements. The result was a successful intranet site which the APL staff can rely on to work more efficiently and knowledgeably.
